Return & Refund Policy (Rugs & Carpets)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your rug or carpet, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Customized or made-to-order rugs/carpets are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
